Who We Are
Mother-Son team, Jeanine Burge and David Gaviola started Silver Spoon Specialties in 2010. Jeanine brings more than 20 years of experience as an event planner as well as 11 years in the catering industry. David attended culinary school in the south of France and brings more than 7 years of experience to the business. His unique style of cooking has brought Silver Spoon Specialties to a new level. He takes great pride in the food that is served so it’s not only fresh and delicious but also extraordinary to look at! This is the driving force behind the scenes and it’s the primary reason that the business has achieved such success.
